Description
A very low-energy consuming device intended to be worn around the wrist (default placement) which is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery to provide soothing waves of alternating pulses of cooling to the patch of the skin.
This device, which is called “STRAP”, harnesses thermoelectric effect to cool down the contacted skin by means of dynamic wave from neutral, to slightly cool, to cool, and up to cold cycles. The STRAP acclimatizes the entire body by means of taking advantage of the body’s pulse points to experience coolness when the temperature within the environment is high. Since the device is worn on the wrist wherein the blood flow is rich, the cool sensation will circulate faster all throughout the body.
Innovative Features and Benefits:
The STRAP works using a semiconductor chilling plate, thermally conductive member, copper alloy-based heat sink, temperature sensors, lithium-ion battery, dehumidification cooling exhaust fan and temperature control bar. It is designed to work for eight (8) hours straight.
